About these terms
This store is operated by Brewing Rituals Ltd, trading as Brewing Rituals, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 16877825. Our registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Contact: support@brewingrituals.com.
These terms apply to purchases through brewingrituals.com together with our return and refund policy and shipping policy. We sell and deliver only within the UAE. Our store is hosted by Shopify. Brewing Rituals Ltd is your seller.
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a purchase contract, or purchase through an authorised adult. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Products, prices and orders
Product descriptions, prices and offer conditions are shown before purchase. Prices are in UAE dirhams unless the checkout expressly states otherwise. The final amount and any applicable tax or charge are shown at checkout. We do not add an undisclosed payment or delivery charge.
Please check your items, quantities, contact details and delivery address before ordering. We accept the prepaid methods displayed at checkout and do not accept cash on delivery. We may reasonably verify payment or order details to prevent fraud.
If we discover an availability issue, failed payment, delivery problem or obvious pricing or description error, we will contact you promptly to resolve it. We will not charge a different price or substitute a materially different item without your agreement. If an order cannot be fulfilled and is cancelled in accordance with applicable law, we refund the amount paid for the cancelled items and any related charge that must be refunded.
Changes to future prices or descriptions do not change an already confirmed purchase. Product images are intended to represent the item accurately, although display settings can affect colour appearance. This does not excuse a materially incorrect description or supply.
Free-bottle promotion
While the offer is advertised and qualifying gift stock is available, each eligible paid Espresso Rituals maker qualifies for one free Alchemist Bottle. Each additional qualifying paid maker qualifies for an additional free bottle. Follow any instructions displayed with the offer to include the gift in your order.
A promotional gift has no separate cash value or cash refund value. If you return the paid maker under the 14-Day Ritual Promise, you may keep the gift or return it, and keeping it does not reduce the maker's refund. The free gift has no separate satisfaction guarantee. Any mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
Any different promotion must state its own eligibility, duration and conditions. Changes to future promotions do not remove an offer already included in a confirmed purchase.
Cancellation, delivery and returns
Contact us immediately if you need to cancel or change an order. Cancellation is free before Halan starts picking or packing the order. Once preparation starts, we will try to stop it but cannot guarantee this. If we stop it before dispatch without delivery costs, we do not charge a cancellation penalty. Once dispatched, the return process applies.
A cancellation request does not itself confirm that fulfilment has stopped. Support response time and warehouse processing time are separate. We do not impose an automatic picking, packing or cancellation fee; any proposed charge must be lawful, disclosed and agreed in advance.
Delivery is free throughout the UAE. The next-working-day city-limit promise, midnight UAE cutoff and remote-area estimates are explained in the shipping policy. A courier does not replace our responsibility as the seller.
Our 14-Day Ritual Promise permits returns of eligible paid makers and paid Alchemist Bottles requested within 14 calendar days of delivery. Opening and brief initial use to assess suitability are permitted, subject to the use, condition, completeness and preserved-packaging requirements in our return policy. A reason for dissatisfaction is optional. Voluntary return courier costs are the customer's responsibility. We do not deduct a restocking fee or the original free delivery cost.
After 14 days, voluntary change-of-mind returns are unavailable unless we agree otherwise. Fault claims are assessed separately, including where a fault appears later. We do not offer a separate extended commercial warranty. Mandatory rights and any applicable manufacturer warranty are not excluded by that statement.
We may verify returned product identity, completeness and condition and investigate documented evidence of substituted goods or false claims. A reason for dissatisfaction is optional. Voluntary return eligibility remains subject to the requirements of the 14-Day Ritual Promise. Partial returns, discount allocation, transport and inspection procedures follow the return policy. For a multi-maker bundle with one paid price and no different allocation disclosed before purchase, the paid price is divided equally across maker units. For offers advertised with a free bottle, the net paid bundle price is attributed to the maker or makers for refunds under the 14-Day Ritual Promise despite any technical component allocation in the order system. Keeping a free bottle does not reduce a maker refund, and retained products are not retrospectively repriced.
Use of products and the website
Use, charge, clean and store products according to the supplied instructions. Products are intended for normal personal use, including at home, at work and while travelling, unless expressly described otherwise. Commercial beverage service, rental and resale are outside the voluntary personal satisfaction guarantee. Damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification or failure to follow instructions may fall outside a remedy only to the extent that the conduct caused the problem and applicable law permits the exclusion.
You must not use the store unlawfully, interfere with its security, provide fraudulent payment or order information, or misuse another person's details. We may investigate suspected fraud and take proportionate lawful action. Exercising a valid return or consumer right is not, by itself, misuse.
Our branding, original website content and other protected material belong to us or our licensors. You may use the website for normal shopping and personal reference. Copying or exploiting protected content for other purposes requires permission or another lawful basis.
We work to keep the store available and accurate, but maintenance or technical interruptions may occur. External websites operate under their own terms. These statements do not limit our obligations regarding products, accepted orders or accurate sales information.
Privacy and responsibility
Our privacy policy explains how information is handled. Buying a product does not require consent to unrelated marketing.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses arising from use of products sold for personal use. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, mandatory product or consumer remedies, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Law, complaints and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory UAE or other applicable consumer protections. Those mandatory protections prevail if there is a conflict. Nothing prevents you from approaching a court or authority that has mandatory jurisdiction over your claim. These terms do not require consumer disputes to go to arbitration.
Please email support@brewingrituals.com with an order number and details of a concern so we can work towards a resolution. We aim to reply within one business day.
We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms and promises applicable when your order was placed continue to govern that order, subject to applicable law. If a term cannot be enforced, the remaining lawful terms continue to apply.

المنتجات والأسعار والطلبات
نعرض أوصاف المنتجات وأسعارها وشروط العروض قبل الشراء. الأسعار بالدرهم الإماراتي ما لم تنص صفحة إتمام الشراء صراحة على غير ذلك. ويظهر المبلغ النهائي وأي ضريبة أو رسم واجب التطبيق عند إتمام الشراء. لا نضيف رسوم دفع أو توصيل غير معلنة.
يرجى مراجعة المنتجات والكميات وبيانات الاتصال وعنوان التسليم قبل الطلب. نقبل وسائل الدفع المسبق المعروضة عند إتمام الشراء، ولا نقبل الدفع عند الاستلام. ويجوز لنا التحقق على نحو معقول من بيانات الدفع أو الطلب لمنع الاحتيال.
إذا اكتشفنا مشكلة في توافر المنتج، أو فشل الدفع، أو مشكلة توصيل، أو خطأ واضحاً في السعر أو الوصف، نتواصل معك دون تأخير لمعالجتها. لا نفرض سعراً مختلفاً، ولا نستبدل المنتج بآخر مختلف جوهرياً دون موافقتك. وإذا تعذر تنفيذ الطلب وأُلغي وفق القانون الواجب التطبيق، نعيد المبلغ المدفوع عن المنتجات الملغاة وأي رسم مرتبط يجب رده.
لا تغير تعديلات الأسعار أو الأوصاف المستقبلية عملية شراء مؤكدة سابقاً. تهدف صور المنتجات إلى تمثيلها بدقة، مع احتمال تأثر ظهور الألوان بإعدادات الشاشة. ولا يبرر ذلك وصفاً أو توريداً غير صحيح جوهرياً.
عرض الزجاجة المجانية
أثناء الإعلان عن العرض وتوافر مخزون الهدايا المؤهلة، تستحق كل ماكينة Espresso Rituals مدفوعة ومؤهلة زجاجة Alchemist مجانية واحدة. وتستحق كل ماكينة مدفوعة إضافية ومؤهلة زجاجة مجانية إضافية. اتبع التعليمات المعروضة مع العرض لإدراج الهدية في الطلب.
ليس للهدية الترويجية قيمة نقدية مستقلة أو مبلغ مستقل قابل للاسترداد نقداً. إذا أعدت الماكينة المدفوعة بموجب وعد ريتشوال لمدة 14 يوماً، يمكنك الاحتفاظ بالهدية أو إعادتها، ولا يقلل الاحتفاظ بها المبلغ المسترد عن الماكينة. لا تتمتع الهدية بضمان رضا مستقل. وتظل الحقوق القانونية الإلزامية محفوظة.
يجب أن يوضح أي عرض مختلف شروط الأهلية والمدة والأحكام الخاصة به. ولا تلغي التغييرات على العروض المستقبلية عرضاً أُدرج في عملية شراء مؤكدة.
الإلغاء والتوصيل والإرجاع
تواصل معنا فوراً إذا احتجت إلى إلغاء الطلب أو تعديله. الإلغاء مجاني قبل أن تبدأ Halan في جمع منتجات الطلب أو تغليفها. وبعد بدء التجهيز، نحاول إيقافه دون ضمان ذلك. إذا أوقفناه قبل الشحن دون تكاليف توصيل، فلا نفرض غرامة إلغاء. وبعد الشحن تطبق إجراءات الإرجاع.
لا يؤكد طلب الإلغاء بحد ذاته توقف تجهيز الطلب. يختلف وقت الرد على رسائل الدعم عن وقت المعالجة في المستودع. لا نفرض رسوماً تلقائية لجمع المنتجات أو تغليفها أو إلغاء الطلب. ويجب أن تكون أي رسوم مقترحة جائزة قانوناً ومعلنة ومتفقاً عليها مسبقاً.
التوصيل مجاني في جميع أنحاء الإمارات. توضح سياسة الشحن وعد التوصيل في يوم العمل التالي داخل حدود المدن، وموعد منتصف الليل بتوقيت الإمارات، والمدة التقديرية للمناطق النائية. ولا تحل شركة النقل محل مسؤوليتنا بصفتنا البائع.
يتيح وعد ريتشوال لمدة 14 يوماً إرجاع الماكينات وزجاجات Alchemist المدفوعة والمؤهلة، بشرط تقديم الطلب خلال 14 يوماً تقويمياً من التسليم. يسمح بفتح المنتج واستخدامه استخداماً أولياً وجيزاً لتقييم مدى ملاءمته، مع مراعاة متطلبات الاستخدام والحالة واكتمال الأجزاء والحفاظ على العبوة الموضحة في سياسة الإرجاع. ذكر سبب عدم الرضا اختياري. يتحمل العميل تكلفة نقل المرتجع الاختياري. لا نخصم رسوم إعادة تخزين أو تكلفة التوصيل الأصلي المجاني.
بعد 14 يوماً، لا يتاح الإرجاع الاختياري بسبب تغيير الرأي إلا إذا اتفقنا على خلاف ذلك. تقيّم مطالبات العيوب بشكل منفصل، بما في ذلك العيوب التي تظهر لاحقاً. لا نقدم ضماناً تجارياً ممتداً مستقلاً. ولا يستبعد ذلك الحقوق الإلزامية أو أي ضمان سارٍ من الشركة المصنّعة.
يجوز لنا التحقق من هوية المنتج المرتجع واكتماله وحالته، والتحقيق في الأدلة الموثقة على استبداله بغير المنتج المورد أو تقديم ادعاءات كاذبة. ذكر سبب عدم الرضا اختياري. وتظل أهلية الإرجاع الاختياري خاضعة لمتطلبات وعد ريتشوال لمدة 14 يوماً. تخضع إجراءات الإرجاع الجزئي وتوزيع الخصومات والنقل والفحص لسياسة الإرجاع. وفي باقة تضم عدة ماكينات بسعر مدفوع واحد، دون الإفصاح عن توزيع مختلف قبل الشراء، يقسم السعر المدفوع بالتساوي على الماكينات. في العروض المعلنة مع زجاجة مجانية، تنسب القيمة الصافية المدفوعة للباقة إلى الماكينة أو الماكينات لأغراض الاسترداد بموجب وعد ريتشوال لمدة 14 يوماً رغم أي توزيع تقني على المكونات في نظام الطلب. لا يقلل الاحتفاظ بالزجاجة المجانية المبلغ المسترد عن الماكينة، ولا يعاد تسعير المنتجات المحتفظ بها بأثر رجعي.
استخدام المنتجات والموقع
استخدم المنتجات واشحنها ونظفها وخزنها وفق التعليمات المرفقة. المنتجات مخصصة للاستخدام الشخصي المعتاد، بما يشمل المنزل والعمل والسفر، ما لم يذكر خلاف ذلك صراحة. لا يشمل ضمان الرضا الشخصي الاختياري تقديم المشروبات تجارياً أو التأجير أو إعادة البيع. ولا يخرج الضرر الناتج عن سوء الاستخدام أو التعديل غير المصرح به أو مخالفة التعليمات من نطاق المعالجة إلا بقدر ما تسبب التصرف في المشكلة وكان الاستثناء جائزاً قانوناً.
يُحظر استخدام المتجر بصورة غير قانونية، أو التدخل في أمنه، أو تقديم بيانات دفع أو طلب احتيالية، أو إساءة استخدام بيانات الغير. يجوز لنا التحقيق في الاحتيال المشتبه به واتخاذ إجراء قانوني متناسب. ولا يمثل استعمال حق صحيح في الإرجاع أو حماية المستهلك، بحد ذاته، إساءة استخدام.
تعود علامتنا التجارية ومحتوانا الأصلي على الموقع والمواد المحمية الأخرى إلينا أو إلى المرخصين لنا. يجوز استخدام الموقع للتسوق المعتاد والرجوع الشخصي. ويتطلب نسخ المحتوى المحمي أو استغلاله لأغراض أخرى إذناً أو سنداً قانونياً آخر.
نعمل للحفاظ على إتاحة المتجر ودقة محتواه، مع احتمال حدوث صيانة أو انقطاع تقني. وتعمل المواقع الخارجية وفق شروطها الخاصة. ولا تحد هذه الأحكام من التزاماتنا المتعلقة بالمنتجات أو الطلبات المقبولة أو دقة المعلومات البيعية.
الخصوصية والمسؤولية
توضح سياسة الخصوصية كيفية التعامل مع المعلومات. ولا يتطلب شراء منتج الموافقة على تسويق غير مرتبط بالشراء.
بالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون الواجب التطبيق، لا نتحمل الخسائر التي لم يكن من المعقول توقعها أو الخسائر التجارية الناتجة عن استخدام منتجات مباعة للاستخدام الشخصي. لا تحد هذه الشروط من المسؤولية عن الاحتيال، أو الوفاة أو الإصابة الشخصية الناتجة عن الإهمال، أو المعالجات الإلزامية المتعلقة بالمنتجات والمستهلك، أو أي مسؤولية لا يجوز تقييدها قانوناً.
القانون والشكاوى والتعديلات
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين إنجلترا وويلز، مع مراعاة أحكام حماية المستهلك الإلزامية في الإمارات أو غيرها من القوانين الواجبة التطبيق. وتسود هذه الأحكام الإلزامية عند التعارض. لا يمنعك أي حكم من اللجوء إلى محكمة أو جهة ذات اختصاص إلزامي بمطالبتك. ولا تفرض هذه الشروط التحكيم على منازعات المستهلكين.

يجوز لنا تحديث الشروط للمشتريات المستقبلية. وتظل الشروط والوعود السارية عند إتمام طلبك حاكمة له، مع مراعاة القانون الواجب التطبيق. وإذا تعذر إنفاذ حكم، تستمر بقية الأحكام المشروعة في السريان.
