Brewing Rituals - Shipping Policy

At Brewing Rituals, we are committed to ensuring your carefully selected brewing gear arrives promptly and securely. We strive to process and dispatch your orders efficiently so you can begin elevating your daily ritual as soon as possible. Please review the following details regarding our shipping process.

Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays in Kuwait) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

• Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.   

Domestic Shipping (Kuwait)

• Shipping Methods & Carriers: We offer Standard Shipping within Kuwait, typically fulfilled via icarry. 
• Estimated Delivery Time: Once shipped, orders within Kuwait typically arrive within 1-3 business days.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Tracking: All domestic orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

International Shipping

• Destinations: We currently ship only Ship Domestically.
• Shipping Methods & Carriers: International orders are typically shipped via []. Available options and carriers for your destination will be presented at checkout.
• Estimated Delivery Time: International shipping times vary significantly by destination. Estimated delivery times are:
  • European Union: 5-10 business days.
  • Rest of World: 7-21 business days.
  • Please note these are estimates only and do not account for potential customs delays. Express options, if available, will have shorter estimated delivery times displayed at checkout.
• Shipping Costs: International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

• Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT), and other customs fees upon arriving in your destination country. These charges, if applied, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost paid to Brewing Rituals.
• Brewing Rituals is not responsible for delays due to customs processing. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information on potential charges before placing your order.

Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.   
• You can typically track your order via the link provided or directly on the carrier's website. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving the email.

Incorrect Shipping Address

• It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of order. Brewing Rituals is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.   

Lost or Damaged Items

• While we take care in packaging your order, issues can occasionally occur in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Osironholdings@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item's condition.
• If your order is lost in transit (i.e., tracking has not updated for an extended period beyond the estimated delivery window), please contact us at Osironholdings@gmail.com with your order number.
• We address these issues on a case-by-case basis and will work with you and the carrier to find a satisfactory solution.

Policy Updates

• Brewing Rituals reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
