Order processing. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after your order confirmation. You'll receive a notification with tracking once your order ships.

Where we ship. We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates only. If more destinations become available, they'll appear at checkout.

Delivery estimates. Once shipped, orders within the UAE typically arrive in 2-5 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping cost. Shipping is free on all UAE orders - nothing is added at checkout.

Tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to become active.

Lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, email support@brewingrituals.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

Incorrect address. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to cover reshipping for addresses entered incorrectly.
