Refund policy

Our 30-Day Ritual Guarantee. This is the same promise you'll see on our product pages — the Golden Shot Guarantee on Espresso Rituals and the Clarity Guarantee on The Alchemist Bottle.

Whichever name you saw, it's one policy: if you're not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a full refund.

How to start a return. Email us at support@brewingrituals.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply within 1 business day with simple instructions.

Condition. Please return items in their original packaging where possible. Because we stand behind our products, the 30-Day Ritual Guarantee also covers items you've opened and tried, so if your brewer or bottle hasn't lived up to the promise, you're still covered.

Return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover return shipping and will replace or refund it.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.

Damaged or wrong items. Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at support@brewingrituals.com with photos and we'll make it right.
